I've always been a successful student, and thanks to my GRE score I was able to come from India to the United States to attend Yale University and pursue my doctoral degree in chemistry. I earned my bachelor's degree in chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology - Kanpur. At Yale, I won the top research award, which was the first time someone in a STEM field won the award in 35 years. I work in the clean energy industry today, but I missed teaching and I'm now pursuing tutoring as an outlet for that. I like to work with students who struggle to understand subjects to help them overcome learning obstacles and achieve success. I can tutor students in chemistry, physics, algebra, calculus, organic chemistry, honors chemistry, physical chemistry, intermediate algebra, general science, ACT preparation, GRE preparation, SAT preparation, and other related subjects. When I have spare time, I enjoy long distance running.
